FUNDRAISE WITH US

Support women survivors of war

There are lots of different ways you can support us - from challenging yourself to run a marathon, to hosting a feminist quiz or gathering your friends for a 'Share' dinner. The possibilities are endless!

Whatever you decide, our wonderful fundraising team are here to help you supercharge your fundraising. Scroll down to find out all the ways you can fundraise for women survivors of war.

In the past few years we have seen a global pandemic, growing restrictions on women’s rights in Afghanistan, the devastating outbreak of war in Ukraine and continued conflict in countries all around the world. Women living in the world’s most dangerous places need our support more than ever. We need your help to reach even more marginalised women, help them realise their power and build a brighter future for themselves.

Our dedicated fundraising team is here to help you every step of the way. Get in touch with Daisy at dbessell@womenforwomen.org if you have any questions.

In 2023, our #SheDares Squad took on the Brighton Marathon, London Marathon, Hackney Half Marathon, Swim Serpentine, and the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise vital funds for women survivors of war. Together, they raised over £16,000 – that’s enough for 60 women to enrol in our Stronger Women, Stronger Nations programme. Go team! Photo: Women for Women International

Have your donation matched by your employer

If you fundraise for Women for Women International, make sure to ask your employer if they run a matching gift programme. Employers are often happy to double or triple match their employees' donation. Corporate matching is a great way to boost your fundraising as the money you raise will make even more of an impact on the lives of the women we serve, at no extra cost.
