Virtual Yoga Class
stretch into the new year
and find your zen this festive season
On Wednesday, 13th December we were joined by Kalyani Hauswirth-Jain, Creative Director and Senior Yoga Teacher at Arhanta Yoga, for a guided yoga class to help you stretch into the new year feeling refreshed and revitalised. During the class, which was adapted for all levels, Kalyani took us through a breathing technique, some simple postures and a short guided relaxation.
The women we work with have often spent many years living in survival mode. In our Stronger Women, Stronger Nations programme, they are encouraged to protect and prioritise their mental and physical health – often for the first time. No matter what context you’re living in, protecting your wellbeing is the foundation of a healthy and active life. We hope this event helped you along your own wellness journey and gave you the boost you needed before the festive season.
