Meet Mary
Mary is a participant in our Stronger Women, Stronger Nations programme in Nigeria.
Many of the women we work with were refused the opportunity to complete their education, and have little knowledge of their rights and self-worth.
In this video, Mary shares what she has learnt in our year-long programme about women's rights and the importance of girls' education. When women like Mary gain this knowledge, they are able to take steps to improve their own lives, protect their daughters, help other women around them and have hope for a brighter future.
For £22 a month, you can help us reach more women like Mary. Support a Stand With Her sister to help her rebuild her life, family and community after conflict.
