This week we have an incredible opportunity for your support to go twice as far, at no extra cost to you.
For one week only, every donation will be matched pound for pound by a group of generous donors.
This means you can make an even greater impact on the lives of the world’s most vulnerable women.
We were set up in 1993 to help women who were faced with the horrific violence caused by the Bosnia and Herzegovina conflict.
Since then, with the help of supporters like you, we've helped women like Safeta recover from their nightmares and break free from the ordeals they've gone through.
Your donations will help us to enrol more women in our training programmes, where they will get the skills, resources and support they need to rebuild their lives.
I want them to see that I am still alive, that they did not kill me, not my body, not my soul.
Help women create their own futures
Here's what your double donation could do:
- £30 (doubled to £60) – could purchase a sewing machine for women training as tailors
- £50 (doubled to £100) – could pay for numeracy training, so women can start a business and manage their household finances
- £85 (doubled to £170) – could pay for a bee-keeper basket, with all the supplies needed to set up a bee-keeping business
