£500 could provide 15 Afghan women with agriculture toolkits that can help them grow produce to feed their families and earn an income.

£1,000 could provide critical emotional support and therapy sessions to 10 women who have experienced physical, emotional and sexual violence.

£5,000 could pay for Advocacy Training for 20 groups of women, so that they can drive change, decision-making and leadership in their communities.
