Shake off those January blues with our first Power Up Club event of the year in partnership with School of SOS – home to the world’s most empowering dance classes.
Join amazing dancer Kelechi online as she walks you through a fantastic routine to 'Grown Woman' by Beyoncé. This is a class open to all abilities, designed to transform your confidence and leave you feeling empowered for the year ahead. Beginners are welcome!
Can't make it on the day? Don't worry - the class will be recorded for you to watch in your own time.

Celebrating the women we serve
Our sisters in many of the countries we work in often celebrate milestones in our Stronger Women, Stronger Nations programme, including graduation, by coming together and dancing. We would love for you to do the same, and dance in celebration of the women in our programmes.
