Women for Women International: 2025 Calendar Giveaway 

Giveaway Terms and Conditions 

  1. This is a giveaway promotion, where 100 winners will be selected by a random number generator. In order to enter, you must sign up to the Women for Women International mailing list via qualifying pages by Friday, 31st January at 23:59 GMT.

  1. No purchase necessary of any kind to enter or win a prize in the giveaway. 
  2. A purchase will not increase a Participant’s chance of winning. 
  3. Sponsors: Women for Women International – UK (UK Charity Registration Number: 1115109).
  4. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00 (GMT) on 9th January 2025 and ends on 23:59 (GMT) on 31st January 2025.  
  5. The rules of how to qualify for this giveaway are as follows: 
  • To enter the giveaway you must sign up to the Women for Women International - UK mailing list via the qualifying links (listed above).
  • Restricted to UK and Europe residents only. Please find the full list of qualifying countries here. 
  1. Participants must be 13 years or older. Participants under the age of legal majority in their state or country of residence must have parental permission to participate.  
  2. 100 winners will be selected by a random generator on 3rd February 2025 and contacted by the Sponsors via email. The Sponsors’ decisions are final on all matters relating to the giveaway.  
  3. The Sponsors are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Participant by any third party connected with this competition. 
  4. The prize is as follows:  
  • 1x Women for Women International 2025 calendar.
  1. The prize cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit. 
  2. Only one prize per post, per person, per address for the duration of the promotion.  
  3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 
  4. Eligible winners will be notified by an email from the Sponsors. The prizes will be dispatched from London by standard Royal Mail for winners based in the UK and International Standard Royal Mail service for winners based in the Europe. Prizes will be dispatched within 2 weeks of the selection of winners, to the address provided by the winner to the Sponsors through the sign up form.
  5. If the winner does not respond to the email informing them that they have been selected within 5 days of receiving the email, another winner will be selected. Non-compliance with this timeframe, return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or declining the prize for any reason, will result in disqualification without further notice and selection of an alternate winner in a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be awarded provided it is properly claimed.  
  6. The Sponsors are not liable for any loss or damage to the free gift in transit and will be unable to replace lost or damaged items. 
  7. The Sponsors’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  8. The Sponsors shall have the right, in their sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. 
  9. Employees of the Sponsors are not eligible to win. 
  10. The Sponsors also reserve the right to cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control. 
  11. Prizes are awarded as is with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. Any and all guarantees and warranties in respect of the prizes are subject to the manufacturers’ terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim.
