Supporter Survey Raffle 2026

By entering the raffle you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• The promoters are Women for Women International – UK of 82 Tanner Street, London, SE1 3GN (UK Charity Registration Number: 1115109).   
• To enter the prize draw you must complete Sections 1 and 2 of our 2026 Supporter Survey, including providing your name, email address and mailing address exclusively via the below eligible Microsoft Form between 00:00 BST on Saturday 15th August and 23:59:59 GMT on Saturday 5th September 2026.  Any entries before or after this date will not be eligible for entry in the prize draw.

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or for incomplete or inaccurate contact details provided. 
• Only one entry per person will be valid and only one prize can be won per person. 
• To enter the raffle you must be a resident of the UK or Europe.
• Employees of Women for Women International, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation will not be eligible for entry.  
• The promoters are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
• The prize cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.  
• Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and notified by email by 12th September 2026. 
• The winners will be notified via the contact email they provided and the prize will be posted to the mailing address provided. 

• The promoters are not responsible for any damage to the prize or loss of prize during transit. 

• The promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoters.  
• The promoters shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.  
• The promoters' decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  
• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  

The prizes are as follows: 

• A handmade basket from the Urugo Women's Opportunity Centre, Rwanda. 
• A handmade animal keyring from the Urugo Women's Opportunity Centre, Rwanda. 
• A bespoke set of Women for Women International sticker sheets. 
• A Women for Women International tote bag. 
• A Women for Women International solidarity pin badge.
• Women for Women International bookmarks. 

Data protection 

Women for Women International – UK will comply with any relevant data protection legislation (GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018) to protect your personal data for the purposes of administering your participation in the prize draw and communicating with you about the prize draw. The promoter will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Unless otherwise indicated by you, the promoter may occasionally send you information to keep you up to date with the work that your contributions help fund and other ways in which you can support the promoter.
