Yes, our expert trainers have years of experience and are selected for their understanding of strength and women’s bodies.

Q. Do I need to be an expert to take part in these classes?

The classes are beginner level and safe for all fitness levels[LS1] . You should always consult your physician or health care specialist before performing any of the exercises in the programme, and you should obtain specific approval before performing any of the exercises in this programme if you have any chronic or recurring physical conditions, and/or if you are pregnant, postnatal, nursing, or elderly. For all of the workouts you can use your own body weight. Some instructors will suggest using a chair or a mantelpiece to provide support for barre and ballet exercises.
