Terms and Conditions Survey 2024

By entering the Prize Draw you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. 

• The promoters are Women for Women International – UK of 7-14 Great Dover Street, London, SE1 4YR (UK Charity Registration Number: 1115109).   

• The prize draw is open to entrants over the age of 18.

• The rules of how to enter this free prize draw are as follows:  

  • You must be an active Stand With Her Sister donor.

  • You must complete the Supporter Portal survey in full before the closing date below via the link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/67TVPGW

• In order for your entry to be valid you must complete your survey entry before 11:59:59 BST on Sunday, 8th September 2024. 

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or for incomplete or inaccurate contact details provided. 

• Only one entry per person will be valid. 

• Employees of Women for Women International, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation will not be eligible for entry.  

• The promoters are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw. 

• The prize is as follows: 1x £50 Amazon Gift Card. 

• The prize cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.  

• One winner will be chosen at random by software from all entries received on Sunday, 8th September 2024. 

• The winner will be notified via the contact email they provided by Tuesday, 10th September 2024 and will be asked to provide a mailing address to receive the prize.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of being contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.  

• The promoters are not responsible for any damage to the prize or loss of prize during transit. 

• The promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoters.  

• The promoters shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.  

• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  

• Women for Women International – UK will comply with any relevant data protection legislation (GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018) to protect your personal data for the purposes of administering your participation in the prize draw and communicating with you about the prize draw. The promoter will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Unless otherwise indicated by you, the promoter may occasionally send you information to keep you up to date with the work that your contributions help fund and other ways in which you can support the promoter.
