Nadjia Yousif is a Managing Director and Partner with Boston Consulting Group in the UK with expertise in digital transformation across financial institutions and the public sector. She also chairs Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for BCG’s Europe, Middle East, South America and Africa region.

Nadjia has been twice named a HERoes Top 100 Women Executive Role Model. She has been a supporter of Women for Women International - UK for several years as a strategic advisor and donor.

Nadjia is of Iraqi origin and has accompanied Women for Women International on an exposure visit to Northern Iraq where she has seen the programme in action.

Nadjia will bring valuable skills and experience in evaluating fundraising and marketing strategies, working with high net worth individuals and corporate partnerships.
