Terms and conditions
This is a raffle (small society lottery) promotion when you make a qualifying donation.
The promoters are Women for Women International – UK of 82 Tanner Street London SE1 3GN (UK Charity Registration Number: 1115109).
The raffle is considered a ‘small society lottery’ and as such Women for Women International – UK is registered with the London Borough if Southwark for the purpose of The Small Society Lotteries (Registration of Non-Commercial Societies) Regulations 2007.
Entry restrictions:
By submitting an entry donation, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or over

You are a UK resident

You are not purchasing an entry on behalf of anybody under the age of 18
The prize winner will be required to show proof of age via email to receive their prize. Any persons found to be under 18 years of age automatically forfeits the right to any prize.
Employees of Women for Women International directly involved in the administration, organisation or winner selection process of this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
Entering the raffle:
By entering this raffle, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The rules of how enter are as follows:

A donation of £5 counts as one entry

To enter you must donate exclusively via the below eligible webpage(s) between 11th November at 12:00 AM GMT and 10th January 2025 at 23:59:59 pm GMT. Any entries after this date will not be eligible for entry in the prize draw.

This offer is only available on donations placed on the above mentioned donation page(s) on the website, womenforwomen.org.uk. Donations via other Women for Women International domains will not be eligible.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Prize:
The prize is as follows: 1x Limited Edition Give Peace A Chance Vinyl
The promoters are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
The prize cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
One winner will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and notified by email by 17th January 2025.
The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by midnight 26th January, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The prize will be posted by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery within 2 weeks of prize winner confirming their delivery address.
Promoter rights:
The promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoters.
The promoters shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Data protection
Women for Women International – UK will comply with any relevant data protection legislation (GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018) to protect your personal data for the purposes of administering your participation in the raffle and communicating with you about the raffle. The promoter will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Unless otherwise indicated by you, the promoter may occasionally send you information to keep you up to date with the work that your contributions help fund and other ways in which you can support the promoter.
