Car Boot Sale 2026: Survey Raffle - Terms and Conditions

This is a raffle (small society lottery) promotion when you complete the qualifying survey. 

The promoters are Women for Women International – UK of 82 Tanner Street London SE1 3GN (UK Charity Registration Number: 1115109).  

The raffle is considered a ‘small society lottery’ and as such Women for Women International – UK is registered with the London Borough if Southwark for the purpose of The Small Society Lotteries (Registration of Non-Commercial Societies) Regulations 2007. 

Entry restrictions: 

By submitting an entry donation, you confirm that: 

• You are 18 years of age or over 

• You are a UK resident 

• You are not purchasing an entry on behalf of anybody under the age of 18 

The prize winner will be required to show proof of age via email to receive their prize. Any persons found to be under 18 years of age automatically forfeits the right to any prize. 

Employees of Women for Women International directly involved in the administration, organisation or winner selection process of this prize draw are not eligible to enter. 

Entering the raffle: 

By entering this raffle, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

The rules of how you enter are as follows: 

• To enter the prize draw you must be a valid Car Boot Sale 2026 ticket holder or attendee.

• To enter the prize draw you must complete the Car Boot Sale 2026 survey in full.

• To enter, you must complete the survey between Friday, 20th March 2026 at 00:00:01 AM GMT and Saturday, 16th May 2026 at 11:59:59 pm GMT. Any entries outside of this period will not be eligible for entry in the prize draw.

• Entries must be submitted via the following eligible link, either online or at the available terminals at the live event:

• The prize draw is limited to one entry per person.

This offer is only available on completed surveys placed on the above mentioned link on the website, womenforwomen.org.uk. 

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or for incomplete or inaccurate contact details provided for whatever reason.

Prize: 

The prize is as follows: 1x £200 Selfridges Gift Card

The promoters are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw. 

The prize cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit. 

The winner will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and notified by email by Tuesday, 19th May 2026 and will be asked to provide a mailing address to receive the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of being contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

The prize will be posted by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery within 2 weeks of prize winner confirming their delivery address.

Promoter rights: 

The promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoters. 

The promoters shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. 

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The raffle is intended to be a fun way to support the work of Women for Women International - UK. Data protection 

By completing the survey and entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that the promoter will collect and process personal data including contact details (where provided) and survey responses. 

Women for Women International – UK will comply with any relevant data protection legislation (GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018) to protect your personal data for the purposes of administering your participation in the raffle and communicating with you about the raffle.

The promoter will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data will be used solely to administer the prize draw and contact the winner, and analyse survey responses in aggregated and anonymised form to improve future events. 

Participants will only receive marketing communications if they have explicitly opted in. Entry into the prize draw is not conditional upon consenting to marketing. 

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy, which is available at: Privacy Policy| Women for Women International 

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above and in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 

Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
