Terms and Conditions - A&O Shearman Summer Party Raffle 2025

By entering the raffle you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. 

• The promoters are Women for Women International – UK of 82 Tanner Street, London, SE1 3GN (UK Charity Registration Number: 1115109).   

• The raffle is open to all A&O Shearman employees.

• To enter the prize draw you must provide your name and email address exclusively via the below eligible webpage(s) between 17th June at 12:00 AM GMT and 18th June 2025 at 23:59:59 pm GMT. Any entries after this date will not be eligible for entry in the prize draw.

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or for incomplete or inaccurate contact details provided. 

• Only one entry per person will be valid and only one prize can be won per person. 

• Employees of Women for Women International, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation will not be eligible for entry.  

• The promoters are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.

• The prize cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.  

• Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and notified by email by 19th June 2025.

• The winners will be notified via the contact email they provided on and will be asked to provide a mailing address to receive the prizes if relevant.

• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of being contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.  

• The promoters are not responsible for any damage to the prize or loss of prize during transit. 

• The promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoters.  

• The promoters shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.  

• The promoters' decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  

• Women for Women International – UK will comply with any relevant data protection legislation (GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018) to protect your personal data for the purposes of administering your participation in the prize draw and communicating with you about the prize draw. The promoter will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Unless otherwise indicated by you, the promoter may occasionally send you information to keep you up to date with the work that your contributions help fund and other ways in which you can support the promoter.

The prizes are as follows: 

• A one night stay for two guests in a Deluxe Room at The Peninsula London, with complimentary breakfast included.
• £120 gift voucher for Bubala restaurant. Purely vegetarian, we adopt a no substitutes attitude, shunning the synthetic and processed and instead championing the best and most exciting veg we can get our hands on. 
• Classic Gordon’s Experience at Gordon’s Wine Bar.  Come and have a truly quintessential Gordon's experience with a bottle of either white or red House Bordeaux and our British Special Sharing Board. Sip this classic Bordeaux along with a bite of Cropwell Bishop Blue Stilton, some aged Cheddar and our home made pork pie and Scotch egg, surrounded by our historic newspaper cuttings and be transported back to a time where Rudyard Kipling would sit in his favourite Gordon's alcove and find inspiration for his literary works. Ideal for 2.
• £25 voucher for Konditor (online or in-store).
• A copy of Yotam Ottolenghi’s cookbook Comfort.
• 2 Charlotte Tilbury Makeup Masterclasses.
• 1 year F45 membership (worth over £2600).
• £50 voucher for Roof Top Film Club. This can be used toward any UK-based screenings.
