Our Ambassadors

Women for Women International's ambassadors play a key role in helping women survivors of war rebuild their lives. Ambassadors use their platform to raise the voices of the women we serve and shine a light on the issues faced by women in some of the world's most dangerous places.

Alex Eagle

Alex Eagle continues to bring new energy to the European retail scene with her refined, offbeat aesthetic.

Eagle began her career at Tank and Harper’s Bazaar magazines and worked in PR for British fashion label and retailer Joseph. She made her name in retail as Creative Director of her eponymous luxury concept store, Alex Eagle Studio, which opened in 2014 blending fashion, lifestyle, elements of a gallery and the warmth of a private home.

In 2015, Eagle launched her eponymous collection of luxurious modern essentials followed by a bespoke tailoring service in 2017. Alongside this, Eagle oversees The Store X, which opened its flagship spaces in Berlin, Oxfordshire and London.

Her extensive side projects include a seat on the Serpentine Gallery’s Future Contemporaries Committee, Contributing Editor to Suitcase and T Magazine and her work with Women for Women International.

Women for Women International's programme is building an international network of strong women building stronger nations, and it has been an honour to play a part in its work, raising money and awareness.

“I’m thrilled to be hosting the #SheInspiresMe Car Boot Sale again. We have an even more incredible offering with donations from some of my most stylish friends and chicest brands. It’s an honour to help make a difference for women survivors of war.”
